BIGGBY COFFEE

The woman who served me, I believe her name was Jan, was the kindest ever! Made my whole day. Such a bright and bubbly personality; she even drew a cute little picture on my cup. ☺️ Best experience I’ve had at a drive thru

Service worker was nice and energetic but that's where it ends. Ordered small latte nothing fancy just milk and coffee. Milk way over steamed the drink only filled about 3/5 of the cup and the froth vanished fast. Slightly brunt and watery, and the coffee is just meh. Expensive for what I ended up with.

Everyone is so nice but especially Deanna who always makes my day better whenever she’s at the window! Love the service and how quickly they are able to take care of orders no matter how long the line is

I ordered and paid for 2, 24 oz triple plays and was given 20 oz triple plays. I did not notice until we left. We had to be somewhere and unable to turn around. I took pics of the 20 oz drinks and called them right away. I explained that we could not come back at that moment. She said that she would have to contact her manager to see what they could do. She took my name and number. No one ever called. I contacted corporate by email they sent an email back a few days later saying it was resolved. I went back to that Biggby location and explained how no one ever contacted me back. She apologized and took my phone number again saying she will have the manager call me. Again, nothing. It all comes down to ehics and I don't feel like they practice this. I enjoy the beverages at Biggby but will not be giving my business in Traverse City. Very disappointing.

Great service! The girls working did a great job on the Caramel Marvel's! They looked and tasted great! My wife and I are glad we stopped by for a quick pick me upper! Keep up the good work ladies!
